ABUSE AND CORRUPTION Where do I start? There is far too much to say so I will keep this extremely brief. After a 24 year battle with the mental health services and exploitation/discrimination in supported living when my Mother was dying 11 years I had serious mental health deterioration and in 2018 and 2019 I had two traumatic and abusive section 2 admissions so bad I am seeking legal action; overall each admission over four months. The first admission I was bullied and assaulted by patient/s and staff. I was illegally forcibly injected under the Nuremberg Treaty of human rights (which requires a wet ink signature) because I was angry and needed my phone to call the Police to retrieve possessions from a crooked Landlady from Council temporary Housing. The staff were refusing to give me my phone. My partner was banned from visiting me (my only next of kin. ) I was homeless and and even when I went AWOL due to being not being supported and bullied, I went out of town and slept in a field near my Mother's ashes suicidal and I was recognized since my face had been in the paper as missing and local radio unbeknown to me.
You don't go to hospital with a broken leg and have your crutch taken away. Surely you fix the leg first. 3 years on and I'm still hooked on Diazepam and have to buy them online. Forget about going to PALS to complain as they just close ranks and you get nowhere, despite numerous faxes, letter and records going missing. Not fit for purpose. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES - AVOID I have been referred to them for different matters. Zero stars if I could. In summary: (1) Management and administration relate to referred customers in a demeaning light. This is reflected in very poor turnarounds and poor responsiveness (or rather the lack of it) together with lack of goodwill in many circumstances. By way of example, my referral got stuck on their system the other day and although it was signposted nobody would bother dealing with it (nice! ). (2) Front of line staff, such as secretarial liaison, can be quite rude and aggressive. I could hardly get a word edgeways the other day, only to be faced by threats she would put the phone down on me (nice!
The victim is removed and singled out. ) My partner and I were also assaulted and injured by a deranged security Guard we want to press charges over. I am going to be interviewed by the Fraud Investigator's Power Of Attorney over my experiences. This was a DGH Hospital my Mother wad dying in and it would kill her if she knew of my abuse. Do not bother with PALS OR the Gatekeepers, the CQC. Indeed, lying and corruption all around and I went from Psychosis to all labels being removed and labelled as "no mental illness or treatable condition" which are pure lies and I have, as a trained Foodbank Advocate told me, developed acute anxiety and OCD as a result of the added trauma. I did Care work with the elderly and have had bullying as a carer, I have also had attempted rape and domestic violence but this is the WORST TRAUMA thanks to Sussex Partnership and Sussex Police as well as the Local Council. Appalling failure to failed sick… Appalling failure to failed sick vulnerable NHS patient lies avoidance and cover up.
