Ask a friend or relative you're living with to help you prepare and practice. You set up your phone to video record your answers. You're helper is off camera. They ask you the questions one by one. You video record your answers. When done, review your performance and take notes how to improve. Then do it again. You show see a marked improvement. Do some research on the company if it's a public company. Google them. Come up with questions to ask THEM that show you're interested in more than just the job. You're interested in the company. So if/when they say, "Do you have any questions? " that's your cue. Here are a few off the top of my head... What are your top selling menu items? What are your biggest challenges running a restaurant like this? Prices of food you get from your vendors? Finding a steady stream of customers? What does your restaurant do better than other restaurants?
