You'll implement the reverse supply chain CNS operation decisions and maintain the requirements of a highly dynamic planning forecast to meet the supply needs of the business to maximize cost avoidance savings through the reuse of product. You'll also be responsible for defining and executing to a set of supply chain operational metrics geared towards forecast attainment, turnaround time, cost reduction, bounce and out-of-box failure rates. You will drive quality improvements and improve manufacturing design of products with learnings from failure mode analysis. You'll follow TL9000 standards and ASQ quality processes and methodology, such as design of experiments, fishbone diagrams, and poka yoke. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, Verizon network topology, RF signal transmission, preferred to assist with root cause analysis and 8D disciplines is key. You'll also drive supply chain-optimization-related projects involving cross-functional teams within the reverse logistics organization.

You'll need to have: Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. Four or more years of relevant work experience. Even better if you have: Willingness to travel. Degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science. Three or more years of experience that includes network design, operational support and hands-on implementation and configuration of network devices such as servers, routers, hubs and switches. CCNA or JNCIP certifications. Knowledge of test equipment to include Spirent TestCenter (Avalanche/Reflector). Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Willingness to carry a pager to respond to trouble calls after hours.
