The Advisor will work with the Evaluation, Strategic Planning and Program teams to ensure alignment with evaluation, strategic plan and program needs. The Advisor will also regularly interact with grantees and contractors. Responsibilities L eads the collection, analysis and reporting of grant performance data. Manages data-tracking systems and organizational tools to track and monitor external grants. Analyzes grant program data to identify trends and provide recommendations for new processes to identify and manage external grants. Completes necessary monthly and quarterly reporting within Foundation dashboard system, ensuring accurately and timely data reporting. Communicates grant performance to internal stakeholders Manages the grant lifecycle for a portfolio of external grants, including activities related to the Application, Award, Accountability and Assessment of grants. Applies project management skills to lead cross-functional teams to achieve grant goals. Identifies external programs that align with AARP Foundation strategic objectives.

Practice saying their name, and if you don't know how to pronounce the person's name, it is not considered rude to ask.

People go as far as studying Mortuary Science for such. It's just not about attending to corpses, as there are inherent risks that such a person may be exposed to, including exposure to formaldehyde and infectious diseases from cadavers. Therefore training for a Mortiacian is absolutely necessary. Then again, people work there, so no biggie. Someone's got to take care of the bodies before they're buried. 3 Likes
