Pros Health care and staff benefits Cons Useless management and the chance of losing your job through loss of contracts The company is good. The only reason you can't feel safe here is, you can be attacked at any time at your own work place and experience a lot of stress. Not a fun place to work, very hard paced. No work home life balance and very poor leadership. No individuality and lost its identity. Training very good and people development. Lack of direction and leadership. No respect for the workforce not an employee gratitude. Driver (Former Employee) - Avonmouth, Bristol - 27 March 2020 Bad organisation and no care from the management to workers, heavy work with nor enough money for it, bad management and big pressure over the workers. Family members work together and only look out for one another. Not very good management with admin team - supervisor was lovely though, deserves better I work on night shift. Fair salary but not for night shift. Almost new warehouse. A typical night at work is picking and loading fridges and washing machines.
