Maybe that's why BM was soaking wet and red due to the cold water. Maybe he went to check the cooler situation to make sure it was still in place even if under water. Maybe he put a large boulder over the site? Also, by the time AM and his search party did the search at the river/beach property in late September, the water would be lower again and expose the area the cooler may have been buried first, hence the dog hitting by the conveniently placed rocks at the beach. Is it possible that's why LE were not "keen" on investigating that hit? They had already figured out that Suzanne was in fact there if only for a night?? Just like LE knew the area LS had put Gannon initially? I also wonder if LE or AM's search team used cadaver dogs in the area where TD encountered BM? Sorry for the long post. As a distinguished author once wrote, " If I had more time, this letter would be shorter, " or something like that:). All just speculation, of course, but there's something about TD's sighting of BM at that location that has me very, very curious about what he was up to.
Name the items as you find them - encourage your child to put them into the bag. Help your child feel the textures of the items and describe them, for example 'wow, that's a smooth stone' or 'that daisy is really pretty! '. Saturday – Bake with love Our friends over at BBC Food have some great suggestions for some child-friendly baking projects if you have time. After all, special days call for a treat or two! Whilst you're baking, talk about all the actions you're doing together: pouring, stirring, sprinkling… Why not sing a song together while you're at it? Baking is a great fun activity to chat through. Sunday – Enjoy the day! It's time to enjoy the day with Mum. Disconnect from social media and go easy on the telly. Enjoy that breakfast and let your little one talk to Mum about all the presents they've made for her. Set Mum going on that treasure hunt when she's up and ready. In the afternoon, there might be time for a walk together or a video call with grandma over a cup of tea and whatever you may have baked.
Okay, so Mother's Day might be a little different this year – you're not going to be able to do things like book Mum's favourite restaurant, visit family for a Sunday lunch or go on a day out to the zoo. But that doesn't mean it can't be special. In fact, why not make it extra special this year by stretching it out over the week? Here's a few suggestions from us for a week of activities to show love for Mum in your household. They're also great for your child's development too. You may not have time for them all, but even one or two can be a great bonding opportunity for families as well as a way of making Mum's day. And of course, family love doesn't have to be limited to Mum on Mother's Day. You could easily make any of these things for Grandma, Auntie, or any special person in your child's life. Monday – Make a Mother's Day card Let's get in early with the essentials – you're going to want the card ready and waiting for Sunday. Time to get the paper, pencils and crayons out with your little one.
You'll want to make sure you've got all the ingredients, so now might be the time to get shopping. Talk about their favourite foods, and Mum's favourite foods, to help choose what to make, then talk about the bits you're going to need. If you have some of these ingredients in already, maybe they could feel and taste them? Talk to them about the different flavours. Once you've brought everything home, talk through all the things in your shopping bag, naming them and deciding where to put them. Why not make a Mother's Day breakfast spread together? Friday – Make a nature collection for Mum Spring is just about upon us, so there's plenty of new life for your child to experience outside, whether it's in the local woodland, the park or even in your own garden or neighbourhood. Why not make a collection of things to show Mum? Take a small bag or envelope with you to collect things that you see - it might be a leaf, a flower from your garden, a colourful stone or anything you find as you are going along.
After considering what little we know, I'm inclined to think Suzanne was killed sometime before Saturday, May 9th. It would be really nice to know exactly what Barry was doing ALL day Friday and especially Friday night at the beach property. We know he was there, but for what reason? The very next morning, he was acting really "weird" about the beach area, telling MG to rake it out "flat, flat, flat! ". She asks, "What's up Barry? " Then he cuts their work day short at 11 a. m., and tells MG he has to go home and make the wife "happy", do some "hiking or biking, " yet, she was told by someone that BM was in Salida that afternoon. We know it was Saturday afternoon he was setting up that last minute job with JP. Sooo, did he go home after dropping MG off at home or head straight into Salida to track down JP and line him up for the Broomfield job? Or, he ran into JP at Diesslin. I'm beginning to wonder if BM's "work" at the beach property Friday night, as per MG, was to bury a "cooler. "
