Master's degree in a relevant technical field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Strong knowledge of Kenyan agricultural market systems. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills. Previous USAID experience is preferred. Operations and Finance Director Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other relevant degree required.
