Citizens admired him, and he had done great things for the city. I decided that his current actions outweighed the good he had done and that citizens deserved to know what he had really done. The article led to further investigation, forcing him to step down as CEO of his company. " Would you be hesitant to ask uncomfortable questions? Gaining the required details for a story often requires you to ask uncomfortable questions. News platforms need reporters willing to ask the big questions and write a detailed piece. Reference a time in which you had to ask such questions and how it affected your story. Example: "To get the answers you need, sometimes uncomfortable questions must be asked. I once wrote a story about misconduct within a particular workplace. For the story to work, I needed explicit details on what happened to avoid assumptions. The statement reads: "His (Abdallah) tenure has been administratively suffocating and oppressively retrogressive. Abdallah stagnated our career progression and refused to release our promotion arrears. "His nonchalant attitude toward officers' welfare and operational logistics, have encouraged illegal drug production, trafficking, and abuse on an unimaginable scale in the history of the Agency. "We demand equality before the law and a forensic probe of his oppressive tenure. Abdallah failed to promote officers that are long overdue, he failed to provide logistics to prosecute the drug war and misappropriated funds released to the agency in the past five years. "We are happy to miss him because Abdallah is one of those giving the Buhari administration a bad image. "Unlike other chairmen who come to work daily, Abdallah comes to work once in two or three months. The last time Abdallah came to the office was in October during the board meeting. "This perpetual absenteeism has made the Agency suffer many setbacks.
After stringing my husband along for weeks, this guy ended up rescinding his offer because my husband was "asking for too much" by requesting a% of sales commission to make up for the low salary. This time, I told him he needed to slow down and get his head on straight. I was so stressed about all the unknowns in our life, that I seriously considered going to my employer and begging to take back my resignation just so we could have some stability. Thankfully, I didn't do that, we were still able to close on our new home, and my parent's treatment began working better than anyone could've anticipated. It seemed like things were calming down, and we could focus on getting my husband a job. Which brings us to now. For three months, my husband claims he's applied to dozens of jobs but that not a single place has called him back. I believe this to a degree. The job market is a dumpster fire. But I also have this fear in the back of my mind that he's not applying to as many places as he claims, and that he's still only applying to jobs he'd be "passionate" about.
