8. Child care center discounts Many companies also look into building relationships with local child care centers. They can reserve a certain number of spots for the children of their employees. By bringing more business to these child care centers, companies are able to get their employees a discounted rate for their children. The negative to this would be that since you are recommending these places to your staff, you hold a certain amount of liability if something goes wrong there. It is best to seek legal counsel on this if it is something you are considering for your company's employee child care benefits. If you'd like to add child care benefits for your employees, weigh the pros and cons of the options before making a decision. Remember, adding child care benefits could potentially make a huge difference in the satisfaction of your employees.

I've been aggressively searching for jobs within the past 5 months for an entry level sales position. I've really enjoyed speaking with and interviewing with the following company for an inside sales position: - private (20-80 employees) - healthcare and software (relationships with software developers and physicians / other practitioners). Bringing tech to improve practices' communication with patients / between vendors - great leadership so far. The VP of sales is an absolute hammer of a dude. The more research I do on him, the more respect I gain for him. I've been told I'm killing the process so far by the VP of sales who has interviewed me twice (once for an hour, once for 1. 5 hours). I have been progressed further in the process, and have four, 1 hour interviews with the following individuals from the company: - VP Product - VP GPO - Head of HR - CTO I've done interviews before, and this is my third time getting on the phone and speaking with this company. The VP of sales told me to not see this as an interview but to see it as a way to ask questions to the respective positions.
