I was a sales associate. I worked the cash register, made sales, and also helped out with stock, box-up, and set-up. This is much more different than retail, but the customer service experience I gained will help me interact with customers in this position. The first manager, the one that hired me, was amazing, We got along really well, she listened to her staffs needs, wants, and suggestions. My second manager was OK, it was just hard to communicate with her time to time, especially when it came to suggestions or our hours. But regardless, I always tried to be nice. I made image improvements at the impulse section of our store, that was really eye-catching to our customers. I always tried to make suggestions when it came to set-up in the store to make things run more smoothly. No I was not, I could only manage being a part-time sales associate due to school. No
Of course one or two people might go down as sacrificial lambs every once in awhile, like Weinstein or Spacey or whatnot, but they are simply symptoms of a much deeper underlying problem that will not go away unless meaningfully addressed. Even in the most extreme discussions about the recent spate of Hollywood abuse and corruption, no one is standing up to say the whole system needs to be rebuilt from the ground up. No one is calling for a detailed industry-wide investigation to root out abuse and corruption at every level. Those Hollywood big-shot actors who have been in the industry for decades and cry tears abuse still refuse to name names and root out those in the industry who they know are responsible for other abuses, making their tears appear more crocodile than genuine. I know it may be an unpopular opinion to suggest, but let us all just admit it, Hollywood is broken and it all needs to start over. We all take for granted that the film industry HAS to exist the way it is (or even has to be in Hollywood in the first place)... it doesn't.

"These communication errors can't keep happening, " Ryan said at the time in comments just as applicable now. "Or we're just killing the team right now. We know we're solely responsible for the two losses that we have. Our offense has been doing great, our special teams have been doing great. " The Saints are now 4-7 but are tied with the Falcons for first place in the NFC South. Small consolation for a team with holes up and down the roster. Someone please help Morgan Moses We know it's easy to take shots at Robert Griffin III, the Redskins maligned quarterback who could very well play himself out of a job two years after winning rookie of the year, but the team's latest implosion isn't completely on him. The last play of Washington's loss to the the 49ers Sunday is proof. Starting left tackle Trent Williams was out with an injury and rookie Morgan Moses was forced into the lineup. So with the game on the line, the plan was to leave Morgan one-on-one with Justin Smith. Morgan Moses protecting your blindside = Suicide.
Believing education offered a way out, she also taught night classes for adults, including immigrants from Russia, Bulgaria, China, Japan and Finland. She also started crusading for something that was revolutionary at the time: a free public school for people of all ages that would offer basic adult education, immigrant education and vocational training. Traveling the state, talking to men's clubs and women's clubs, she made the economic case that education for people on the lowest rung of the social ladder eventually would lift the entire community. By May 1916 the Denver school board gave approval, and the Emily Griffith Opportunity School opened four months later at 13th and Welton streets. Griffith expected about 200 students, but more than 1, 400 people showed up to enroll in the first week, including adults who wanted to finish eighth grade, immigrants intent upon passing citizenship tests and young people who wanted to apprentice in trades ranging from automotive mechanics to millinery, cooking and carpentry.
